Parent Chaperones Needed

Field trip season is upon us and we are in need of chaperones. The district has changed the process for chaperone approval.

Every chaperone/volunteer must repeat the process annually, even if the chaperone is a district employee and/or certified teacher. The current turn around time for continuing applications is ~2 weeks.

Regarding HOSA, please reach out to Mrs. Landreville to confirm that you are an approved 17-18 candidate. The district will deny our field trip paperwork if the listed chaperones are not preapproved.

Thinking ahead, HOSA will also need 2-3 (1-2 males) chaperones for the 3 day State Leadership Conference in Tucson at the Westin LaPaloma resort 4/2-4/4/18. We will also need SKILLS USA and Robotics chaperones in the spring.

THANK YOU from PVHS PTO!

The CREST Parent Group would like to send a huge shout out to the following parents who secured or donated items for the upcoming Trojan’s Treasures Online auction. Pooja Babbrah, Dacun Banks, Todd Giorzza, Tracy Lemeo, Micheal Gorton and Julia Keffer, Mac McGraw, Terri Morrison, Kelsea and Chris Patton, Joe Ricciardi, Ann Marie Rixford, Lisa and Brad Wagner and Amy Wylie.

Thank you so much to all the parents who donated candy and snacks for our wonderful staff in October. We had over 15 student volunteers help us fill 400 goody bags to celebrate "Friday Fall Favorites". We couldn't have done this without your help. Thank you for helping us show our staff how much we appreciate them.
